Card payments are processed by Stripe at its standard rates. Klyro adds a platform fee on top: 0.5% + VAT on Complete, 1% + VAT on Essentials.
Prices exclude VAT. UK VAT at 20% is added to every Klyro bill.
Essentials has the lower monthly price: you pay for each text as you send it (8p + VAT) and a slightly higher platform fee on card payments. Complete includes 500texts a month, so your bill doesn't change from month to month.
